Move in: Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010: 6 am – 10 am
Sale Hours: Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010: 10 am – 5 pm
Move out: Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010: 5 pm – 8 pm

Rental Rates
Includes Table and 2 Chairs per Booth
(Single booth based on per company, per booth size 10’ x 10’ or 100 sq. ft.)
Prices are
• 1 booth – $425 per booth (plus 13% H.S.T.)
• 2 booths – $395 per booth (plus 13% H.S.T.)
• 3 booths or more – $360 per booth (plus 13% H.S.T.)

Payment Schedule
1/3 due with application. Balance due August 16, 2010. Any balance unpaid after August 16, 2010 will bear interest at the rate set out in the invoice from Show Management. Contract is
valid on acceptance with or without deposit. No exhibitor will be permitted access to the
event facilities unless all amounts are paid in full.
