Special Manufacturer Exhibitor Program
For $1,095 per 10’ X 10’ booth We Provide

•Display curtains, carpet, table, chairs and sign.

•Set up and take down the above display. No shipping.

•You provide local retailer with product. Retailer delivers product to your booth and picks it up after the show. Retailer can then sell product from thier retail booth. However the consumer's attention was drawn to to you product as a resuld of you dedicated, exclusive booth.

•All you need to do is have your sales rep staff the booth and distribute brochures.

Aggressive Promotion

•We spend a large portion of our budget on promotion to guarantee strong attendance.
•The thousands who attend are pre-disposed to buy.
•Surveys indicate that 50% purchased products at the show.
•34% are in the key 18-34 buying group and 34% are 35 to 49 years of age.

6 am – 10 am
Sale Hours: Saturday,October 16, 2010:
10 am – 5 pm
Move out: Saturday, October 16, 2010:
5 pm – 8 pm

Rental Rates
Includes Table and 2 Chairs per Booth
(Single booth based on per company, per booth size 10’ x 10’ or 100 sq. ft.)
Prices are
• 1 booth – $425 per booth (plus 13% H.S.T.)
• 2 booths – $395 per booth (plus 13% H.S.T.)
• 3 booths or more – $360 per booth (plus 13% H.S.T.)

Payment Schedule
1/3 due with application. Balance due August 14, 2009. Any balance unpaid after August 16,
2010 will bear interest at the rate set out in the invoice from Show Management. Contract is
valid on acceptance with or without deposit. No exhibitor will be permitted access to the
event facilities unless all amounts are paid in full.
Payable by cheque to: Bicycle Fall Blowout Sale.
